3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding addresses, access points, and item volume.
• Ensure all items are properly packed unless packing services were contracted.
• Inform us of fragile, sensitive, or high-value items in advance.
• Ensure adequate access for loading and unloading.

4. Payments and Fees

• Pricing may be hourly or fixed, depending on the agreement.
• Bookings may require a deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur partial charges.
• Additional fees may apply for excess volume, stairs, long carry distances, delays, or extra services.

5. Limitation of Liability

2easyremovals takes all reasonable precautions to protect transported items. However, we are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from customer-provided inadequate packaging.
• Undeclared high-value items.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors outside our control.

Where damage is directly caused by our team, compensation follows Australian consumer legislation.
